About Dr. David

David Ajibade (pronounced aah-jee-bah-day), M.B; B.S. (MD), MMGT holds a medical degree and has been trained in both general medicine and radiation oncology. In addition, he holds a Masters degree in Business Management, is a published author, college professor, and a speaker and educator in the fields of health and human potential.

His extensive background in clinical medicine, nutrition, competitive sports, business, the military, ministry, and in volunteer work have all been instrumental in his gaining essential communication and leadership skills, a unique perspective on the human condition, and a deep desire to help people understand how their minds and bodies work.

Also a military veteran, David enjoys playing racquetball (in which he holds a bronze medal), chess, reading, and watching historical documentaries.

About Cheri

cheri39Cheri Plett holds a Masters degree in Educational Technology and a Bachelors in General Business. She has over 26 years of teaching experience in both elementary and  college level environments. For several years she served as the adult education director and webmaster for a non-profit Christian organization.  She has coordinated contract training and community education classes for a Community College, does corporate leadership  training and serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching computer classes. She has also done consulting work for the National Science Foundation and was a contributing author of  a book on learning strategies in an information society.

She has a genuine love for learning and a passion for helping others learn and cherisfamilygrow. Using the online environment to connect like-minded people is a field that she continues to explore. As co-founder of Building Strength Webinars, she has  been able to bring together many of her strengths in a way that serves the presenters, members and weekly attendees. She has been happily married for over 25 years and has four wonderful children. (And she is looking forward to grand kids some day!)
